INTRODUCTION

At B&B Creative Co., we believe every home tells a story—and how it’s presented determines how that story is received.

Before a buyer ever steps foot inside, they experience your home online. That first impression is created through intentional preparation, clean spaces, and professional imagery.

This guide was designed to help you simplify the process. With a few thoughtful adjustments—decluttering and softening spaces—we can highlight your home in a way that feels elevated and inviting.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is connection.

A well-prepared home photographs beautifully, attracts more attention, and allows buyers to truly see themselves in the space.

Let's prepare your home to stand out.
